Training

To ensure that Ashley and McDonough offer the best services to all our customers, we ensure that our company invests heavily in the provision of quality training for all our employees.

Every employee has a Training and Development Plan and we work with them to provide the necessary training for them to carry out their duties to the highest standard.

We work closely with various training establishments and manufacturers to ensure all our managers, apprentices, trainees, technical and administration employees are trained to industry standards.

Our employees receive regular refresher training in various disciplines such as customer care, health and safety, environmental and asbestos awareness, throughout the year.

We also offer training to last year secondary school leavers to give them an insight into our business to help them decide if they wish to pursue  a career in the mechanical services industry.

We also offer in house training to resident groups to allow them an insight into how our business operates.
