At Ashley and McDonough customer care is very important to us and we are proud to say that the feedback we receive from both our clients and customers is excellent.

WHY?

Simply because as experienced contractors who have been working in residential properties for over 50 years we ensure that our directly employed operatives are aware of the expectations of our company, our clients and customers.

All our employees have received training and have their own personal copies of our Code of Conduct and Customer Care policies. They all receive twice yearly refresher training and as a company we review and update these policies regularly.

Working in partnership with our clients we actively promote the judgement of our services via customer satisfaction surveys and also through KPI’s [Key Performance Indicators]

We also carry out and encourage mystery shopping exercises and contact customers to carry out telephone surveys to gather feedback on customer care and the satisfaction with the work we have carried out.

We welcome feedback on everything we do. It helps us look at the services we provide and if possible make improvements to increase customer satisfaction.

We review all feedback from our customers. As a company that strives for continuous improvement we are always looking to improve all aspects of our business and if a problem has occurred with the services we have provided we will look at procedures and practices to make the improvements deemed necessary.
