1. Are you a member of any regulatory organisations?

Yes, we are members of Gas safe, NICEIC, HVCA, Constructionline, CHAS and the North West Gas Best Practice Group

2. How can I pay?

We accept cash, cheque and credit card. Our social housing and development contractors have the option to pay via direct debit.

3. What areas do you cover?

We cover all areas of the North West and North Wales, but in specialist cases may travel further afield.

4. How can I find you?

Ashley & McDonough is conveniently situated just off the M57, close to the M62 in Prescot. Using this tool you can pan around the local area, as well as zooming in further to establish exactly where we are located.

5. Will I have to take the whole day off to wait for an engineer?

In short, no. We aim to provide a 2 hour slot in which we aim to arrive. In certain circumstances, if we believe that we may not arrive within this allocated time slot, we will phone in advance to let you know the time of our arrival has been changed.

6. How long have you been trading?

The company itself has been trading since 1959, so 52 years in total and was established by Mr. W. Ashley.
