Gas Servicing continues at 100%

Readers will remember that on 26th July last year the Repairs and Maintenance team achieved 100% of council properties with a valid gas servicing certificate (CP12).  This was the first time the repairs had achieved the target.
One year on we are delighted to say we have achieved 100% gas servicing for 12 continuous months.

This fantastic result has seen us join the other top performing landlords in the Housemark Northwest Benchmarking club.  There are currently 76 landlords in the Benchmarking Club and 58 have submitted data for the first quarter this year.  In April last year the repairs team were ranked 43rd in the provision of gas servicing but by September 2010 we had joined the select group of landlords who achieved 100% CP12 status.  

The picture shows the administration, supervision and management staff from the repairs team along with our partnering subcontractor Ashley McDonough.  A huge well done to everyone who has worked extremely hard to make the gas servicing team “best in class” and ensuring the safety of our tenants.
