It is not simply peace of mind though, by law you as a landlord must have gas appliances checked on a yearly basis.
By offering bespoke packages, we can provide any landlord with a package to suit their needs.
What do we offer?
Unlimited Cover
There are no cover limits, either for the cost of claims or the number of claims you can make. Although we do not cover the cost of replacement or repair when the boiler itself is beyond economical repair.
Type of Boiler
Any boiler is considered eligible if their parts are available at most stockists and can be sourced within a reasonable timescale.
What type of boiler do you have? Generally... If you have a hot water tank - conventional boiler If you don't - combination boiler
Eligibility
All landlords are eligible to apply, unless the property is a multiple occupancy or used for any commercial purpose.
Do you need a CP12? Yes, landlords are required by law to obtain a CP12 certificate for all/any tenanted properties.
